• Sessions must be booked 24 hours in advance
• Changes or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours notice
• Cancellation made less than 24 hours will result in credit being deducted from your pack

• Each session last for the agreed-upon duration. Late arrival may result in a shortened session to respect subsequent appointments
